Bodywork Group Classes

These classes focus on the breath, moving the lymphatic system, calming the nervous system, and incorporating some gentle movement and myofascial release.

Walk away from these sessions in a calm state, having learnt valuable tools that will help you on your health and well-being journey. We look inward during these classes, at the systems of the body that support us the most, so that we can better support them in return.

We meet online once a week and every session is recorded so that you can access it at a later date.
